CANCELLATION-DEPOSIT-REFUND POLICY
Isolated thunderstorms in a weather forecast are not an eligible reason for refund. Small craft advisories, rain, wind or chop are not reasons for cancelation; however, your boundaries may be limited to inland waterways on the bay side, the vessel is still yours.
Acceptable reasons for cancelation:
Hurricanes in your area entitle you to a full refund.
The inability to access the reef or ocean side due to sea conditions does not constitute or entitle you a refund.
Refunds and Reschedule Options:
All cancelations within a 2-week time period of scheduled date are NOT entitled to any refund.
All cancelations outside of the 2-week time period of scheduled date will have the option to reschedule to a later date or cancel the reservation completely as follows,
Reschedule outside of two weeks, $25.00 reschedule fee.
There is no guarantee the boat you want will be available the dates you choose so reschedule as early as possible.
All refunds will be at the discretion of Atlantis Boat Rental LLC. Typically, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded by check. The remaining 50% of agreement is non-refundable. The reason for this is to cover handling and any potential lost sales that may or may not have occurred as a result of your not fulfilling the original agreement. Lessee further authorizes Lessor to charge Lessee’s credit card on file plus a 3.5% processing fee for any refund without dispute to Lessor.
Remedy
(All cancelations outside a 2-week time period only)
A remedy is provided in that Atlantis Boat Rental LLC will apply the non-refunded portion of canceled agreement to a future boat rental if used within six months.
